Privacy Policy

1 Overview

Ryvlo ("we," "our," "the app") is an AI-powered flyer creation app for Android, developed by Manichov. This Privacy Policy explains what information Ryvlo handles when you use the app, how it is used, and who it may be shared with. By using Ryvlo, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Ryvlo does not require you to create an account, does not display advertising, and does not use analytics or tracking SDKs.

2 Information you provide

When you create a flyer, you may enter information such as an event theme, title, date, time, and location. This information is used solely to:

• Generate an AI background image based on your event theme
• Render the title, date, time, and location on top of the generated image

This information is not collected, stored, or transmitted to Ryvlo's own servers — Ryvlo does not operate a backend server and has no database of user-entered content.

3 Third-party AI image generation

To generate flyer artwork, Ryvlo sends the event theme (and, if you use the "Optimize Prompt" feature, the resulting expanded description) to Pollinations.ai, a third-party AI image and text generation service, in order to produce the background image and/or refine your prompt.

This text is used only to generate content for your flyer. Ryvlo does not attach your name, device identifiers, or any other personal information to these requests beyond the text you choose to type. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information in the theme or prompt fields, since this text is processed by a third-party service outside of Ryvlo's control.

We recommend reviewing Pollinations.ai's own privacy practices for details on how they process requests sent to their service.

4 Where your flyers are stored

Flyers you save are stored locally on your device — either in your device's public photo gallery (via Android's MediaStore, on Android 10 and above) or in a public Pictures folder (on Android 8–9). Ryvlo does not upload your saved flyers to any server. Sharing a flyer to WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Facebook, or any other app is entirely your choice and happens through your device's native share function — Ryvlo does not have access to what happens after you tap "share."

5 Permissions the app uses

• Internet access — required to contact the AI image/text generation service.
• Storage access (Android 8–9 only) — required to save flyers to your device's public photo gallery. On Android 10 and above, Ryvlo uses the scoped Media Store API and does not need broad storage permission.

7 Children's privacy

Ryvlo is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region) and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can address it.

8 Your choices

Since Ryvlo does not maintain user accounts or a server-side database, there is no personal account data for us to delete on your behalf. Any flyer stored on your device can be deleted at any time directly from your device's gallery or from within the app.

9 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable laws. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
